Every order is packed in reinforced, leak-resistant containers and heavy-duty boxes to ensure your oil arrives in pristine condition, meeting all Australian safety standards.
Engine oil is heavy (approx. 4.5kg per 5L bottle). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on total weight and your specific delivery zone within Australia.
For bulk orders or specific industrial lubricants classified as Dangerous Goods, we use specialized couriers to ensure compliance with environmental and road safety regulations.
We stand by the quality of German engineering. However, due to the technical nature of lubricants, our return policy is strictly enforced to ensure safety and quality control.
If your package arrives with visible leaks, do not open the internal seal. Take a photo immediately and contact us within 24 hours for a priority replacement.
We accept returns within 14 days only if the original manufacturer’s seal is unbroken. Once the foil seal is tampered with, the product cannot be returned due to contamination risks.
Verify oil specifications before purchase. We cannot accept returns on products that have already been poured into a vehicle or where the bottle seal has been removed.
